Here is an easy recipe that can you get your kids to help you with. It’s packed full of nuts and seeds – foods with high vitamin E content. In fact, nuts, seeds, and their oils are some of the best sources of vitamin E for hair growth.

You begin by toasting up your almonds and nuts. Next, you add buckwheat groats and several types of seeds. Pour hot syrup you made from honey, maple syrup, and salt all over them. You then spread the mixture out on a baking sheet and press it flat.

Once the mixture is cooled, you can cut it into about 20 sweet, crunchy, and sticky bars. Enjoy!

Healthy Egg Muffin Cups
